The QBY series pump is a diaphragm pump (also known as a Membrane pump, Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump (AODD) or Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump) is a positive displacement pump that uses a combination of the reciprocating action of a rubber, thermoplastic or Teflon diaphragm and suitable valves either side of the diaphragm (check valve, butterfly valves, flap valves, or any other form of shut-off valves) to pump a fluid.
The QBY diaphragm pumps are driven with compressed air without the need of electric power. It is widely used for leak-proof applications in industries like petrochemical chemical metallurgy and ceramics etc. Applicable to liquids of leaky corrosive inflammable and explosive & hazardous properties.
QBY Mining Slurry Transfer Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump not only can pump liquid, but also is able to transfer hard-flow liquid, and it has the advantages of self-sucking pumps, submersible pump, shielding pump, mud pump and impurity pump mechanical transmission.
The design of our vortex water pump is totally in accordance with the ISO standard, IMO standard, and kinds of Classification Society’s requirement. Therefore, ABS, DNV, CCS, NKK, LR, GL, BV, RINA are available for our products.
