Received the inquiry for reeling cable
In Nov 2024, we received one inquiry about the reeling cable, NSHTOEU-J 3×120+3×70/3 sqmm, 600meters. The customer asked for the Quotation for the item and delivery time, total weight as well. This type of cable is exactly in our supply scope. We specially supply flexible cables for reeling, festoon, chain applications.
NSHTOEU-J cable is used for power supply in mobile equipments with large reels, where with high mechanical stress requirements. And the reference standards is VDE 0250-813. Its construction is as follows picture.

We checked with our technician and found our cable totally meets the customer’s requirements. And then we offered our best price within 24 hours with the shortest delivery time and the datasheet.
After checking our offer and datasheet, the client checked if we can provide SABER certificate. We check and found this SABER certificate is very much expensive for this small amount qty. The certificate costs even more than two to three times of the total order value. Frankly, our cable is produced as per standards refer to VDE 0250-813. Usually, the clients do not need any extra certificate.
Obtain the purchase order
After about three months, the customer asked us to confirm the price validity since it is too long since last time offered. Though the copper price increased, we managed to keep the offer valid. In this case, the customer issued the purchase order right away.

The rest runs as routine. We finished production on time. and we shipped the order to Jebel Ali immediately when we finished. we send all the documents to the customer, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin. The customer is satisfied with our products and service.
